Dear Alumni,
Homecoming weekend is planned for You to preserve our past and ensure our future. So, mark your calendar to attend Homecoming 2025 (August 1st – August 3rd).
Our theme this year is “Do Si Do on Home.” We will be having a Square Dance at 7:30 pm in the gym Saturday evening. Grab a partner and come have a good time laughing and dancing.
This year for our Friday Evening Meal, Danny and Jane Brown will be preparing a meal of Grilled Pork Chops, Stewed Potatoes, Pinto Beans, Cole Slaw, Cornbread, Apple Cobbler with Vanilla Ice Cream, Beverage (Tea or Water). The meal is free; but please indicate on the form how many children and adults so that we will know how many to expect. YOU MUST PRE-REGISTER BY 7/15/2025.
Following the 5:00 pm business meeting on Saturday, we will have our Alumni Dinner in the gym at 6:15 pm. Our great cooks, Danny and Jane Brown, and their helpers are preparing a delicious meal with a choice of Grilled Chicken or Meatloaf, Mac & Cheese, Green Beans, Potato Salad, Deviled Eggs, Roll, Pound Cake with Fruit and Whipped Topping, Beverage (Tea or Water). The cost is $10.00 per adult and $5.00 for children 12 and under. YOU MUST PRE-REGISTER BY 7/15/2025 on the form. Table sponsors will be offered in honor or in memory of loved ones for our Alumni Dinner on Saturday. If you want to honor or memorialize a special loved one, please send $20.00 and include the name of the person on the form.
We have many items for sale at the registration desk; stop on by and make sure that you don’t miss out on any item. Remember to bring cash or your checkbook for purchases because we do not accept bankcards to keep the cost of our merchandise at a reasonable price. Also, we are continuing with the Silent Auction, so we need your donations for auction items. All items for the auction should be brought by Saturday, August 2nd, and the items should have a minimum value of $10.00. The auction will close at 1:30 pm on Sunday and the bid results will be announced at 2:00 pm (pay and pick up items at this time). You will not want to miss the church service on Sunday morning, David Mebler, CEO BCH will be our speaker. This will be an opportunity for you to hear David speak, and to get to know David and his wife, Tera.
The Association is recognized as a 501(c)(3) organization with the IRS. Donations made are tax deductible. A receipt will be mailed to you for tax purposes for any monetary donation made to the Association.
We look forward to seeing each one of you at homecoming this year.
